Realhair Group provides fast shipping to our customers worldwide after you place an order on our website.

- Do you ship to my country?
Yes, Realhair Group ships to most countries and regions across the globe through FedEx, DHL, etc. You can check with us via info@realhairgroup.com before placing your order.
- The Shipping Cost?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How your shipping cost is calculated:
For an order weighing within 0.5kg, the shipping cost is $40, and on this basis, there is an extra $10 shipping fee for each additional 0.5kg.
- How long does it take to process my order?
Stock hair systems and wigs are available for immediate shipping out after you place your order. (We will contact you if any is out of stock)
For custom orders, production time takes anywhere from 2 to 3 months based on different types of knots or bases. Extra-long hair or full cap wig orders will need an additional few more weeks.
If you ask for add-on services like cutting base, haircutting, styling, etc., the order will take an additional 1-3 working days to be sent out to you.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
- When can I receive my order?
Normally, Realhair group will ship out your order within 24 hours after we receive your order. Shipping will take about 5-7 working days from our warehouse to your doorstep.
- Can I change my shipping address?
We suggest you make sure of your address before you place the order. we can help you to change the address while the package has not been shipped. For those already shipped orders, we can only help you contact the courier to correct the address for you, which may incur an additional fee.

We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, USPS, etc.
- Order Status
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number that you can use to check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- Taxes and Custom Duties charge.
Realhair Group is not responsible for any customs charges or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
