This is the patented complex of ingredients, which increases hair’s mechanical strength, increases combability (less tangling and less breakage), and protects against color changes. It is applied to wet hair, massaged for 15 seconds and left on for one minute, then rinsed. This is the Moist Application Process.
The Follicle Stimulator stimulates blood circulation to the scalp and hair follicles, which also causes a tingling sensation and makes your scalp and forehead red for about 25-35 minutes.

HOW TO USE
After cleansing with antioxidant shampoo, apply 12 sprays of follicle stimulator throughout scalp. Gently massage scalp for 15 seconds. Avoid running downface. Rinse after 1 minute, towel dry or follow with conditioning treatment. TEMPORARY REDNESS WILL APPEAR ON SCALP AND FOREHEAD FOR ABOUT 25 MINUTES.
